Role

  • Led product design from discovery through delivery, shaping the future-state vision for the platform

  • Translated the refreshed brand into a cohesive digital expression and codified it within a scalable design system

  • Directed a team of five product designers within a full-stack agile team to design, prototype, test, and launch a market-ready MVP in just eight months

Results (first two months)

  • 67% increase in online revenue

  • 60% increase in orders placed, including a 56% increase in ship-to-store orders

  • 4.6% increase in average digital order value, largely driven by introduction of same-day-pickup
